Ingredients:
- 2 eating oranges peeled and cut into medium cubes
- ½ dry onion cut into thin slices
- 10 olives Pylos Poems

- little fresh or dried oregano
- 150 g. Feta cheese cut into small cubes (optional)
Execution:
- Pour clipped cubes of oranges along with the slices of dry onion, sprinkle the oregano and marinate them with Organic extra virgin oil by Pylos Poems collection and stirring lightly.
- After put them to a deep dish and add the e Kalamata Olives by Pylos Poems collection and a little salt .I you prefer on top of the salad cut small cubes of feta cheese and enjoy it.
